Senior Pastor   Ben Peer
     We are served and sermoned by Pastor Ben Peer, one of the great pastors from the Ohio Valley area.  Retired from Carl Road Baptist Church in Columbus, his kind spirit and wise hands are here to lead us.  He's been a lay pastor trainer, a member of Ohio's Outdoor Ministry Comission, and an RV camp pastor, so you know he has a love of the great outdoors.  He has a genuine love and concern for people, and a supportive ear in joys or sorrows.

Flanked by trusty word processor and a huge stack of CD roms is our own Jeannie Slone. Charged with organizing all the church's paperwork, promotions and publications, we can always count on Jeannie. She reminds us, "In Him was life, and that life was the light of men." --John 1:4 And what can you really add to that?

Martha came to work in the in our church office 14 years ago from a 35-year career teaching business education in the public schools. She is a long-time member of the church, and helps out as both our church secretary and our financial secretary. She enjoys working with the staff and church family.
 
 
 

Worship Staff

Worship Leader/Choir Director Jim CagleHome: 231-7220
Jim has been involved with the music ministry here all his life, and has been music director of this choir since 1999. From the Childrens' Choir, the Youth Choir, Bells, and Chancel Choir, Jim has sung & played praise to the Lord for many years. The Chancel Choir he leads is composed of multi-talented peopole from every age group who meet weekly to sing to the Lord. Jim's qualifications include private schooling, experience, and a sincere desire to worship the Lord. He and his dear wife Barbara are parents to three fine kids; Emily, Robby and Nicky. Jim's a pharmacist at Medco Health.

Dianna is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, next to the youngest of 5 children, now residing in the Cincinnati area; a mother of one son, Isaac, III and daughter in-law Desiree, one daughter, Deesha Adrienne, and one granddaughter Justice Alexis. Dianna is blessed to have parents who invested in her music and now Dianna's purpose is to support the ministry of Jesus with the ministry of music. Her smiling face and joyful heart are great blessings to us, and show Christ's love those around her!

Holly has been Director at the Mt. Washington Baptist Daycare for two years now, following four years of service as one of our loving teachers, and a twenty year career in childcare. She holds her Masters in Education from Xavier University. She is a veteran of endless overnights, car washes and bake sales, and is usually to be found at the center of any gathering of laughing children. She is blessed to be doing what she loves, and loves doing it here.
