: All those who have repented and truly trusted Jesus for salvation are

: The Holy Spirit is active in the world today and equips believers for their
ministries. John 14:16; Acts 1:8; I Cor. 2:11

: There is a literal heaven and a literal hell. John 14:2-3; II Cor. 5:1-10; Matt.
25:41; Matt. 18:7-10

: In the deity, virgin birth, bodily resurrection, and imminent return of Jesus.
He died on the cross for our sins, was buried, rose from the grave after three
days, and sits on the right hand of God. At the end of this age, He is coming
back to make all things right and we will live with Him forever in a perfect
world. Luke 1:30-35; Luke 24:1-8; Acts 1:10-11; I Cor. 15:20; II Cor. 4:14.

: That Christian baptism is the immersion of the believer in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit after making a public confession of faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior and repenting of their sins.

Baptism is a burial and in baptism believers symbolize or declare to the world that they are dead to sin and have been raised to walk in newness of life (one is alive unto Christ).

In Baptism, a believer declares to the world their faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. We believe that we are not baptized in order to be saved, but because we have been saved. The blood of Christ does the saving and baptism is an outward showing of what Christ has done on the inside.
