But the Counselor, the
Holy Spirit, whom the
Father will send in my
name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said
to you.
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is
living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even
to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it
judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

There is no “dress code”. You will see people in jeans and t-shirts, and people dressed in suits and dresses.
The important thing is God wants to meet with you and we would love to meet you.
At Mt. Washington Baptist Church, we hope we can make every Sunday meaningful for you.
Our worship enjoys a combination of traditional and contemporary music.
Our praise team leads contemporary christian music and praise choruses with overhead projection of the lyrics.
Our chancel choir focus on a wide variety of sacred music including classical, spiritual, hymn arrangements and some contemporary pieces.
Before or after worship, please stop by our Welcome Center located right outside our worship center... to ask questions, pick up a brochure, or a free Bible.
We provide nursery care for infants up through age three if you choose to not keep your children with you.
We also offer a children’s message each week as part of the worship service, then the children are dismissed for “Children’s Church”.
Children are being taught the Bible in Sunday School, with classes for all ages taught by our dedicated and experienced teachers.
Adult classes include small group studies including a Bible study class, and a class that uses current literature studies like “The Jesus I Never Knew”.
Our Chi Rho Pi class been meeting continuously for over 50 years, studies curriculum from various sources and offers rich fellowship for its members, with many life-long friendships.
